Motion to approve the Dec minutes was made by Doug Keller seconded by Tonto and passed.
Officer’s reports:

Please be sure to attend the Post meetings if you are a Legion member, and Auxiliary if you are an Auxiliary member. We are Legionnaires first and need to also be active at the Post level.
Don’t forget to send your hours on the first of the month to Ron. Number of hours for Community/Veterans; number of hours for Post.
Also include mileage for these events. Don’t break them down – just one figure of total mileage. And send an estimate to Ron for total miles for the period June 1 to Nov. 30.
Mileage and hours are not reported to AZALR (and ultimately to Department) by individual – just one figure for each by Chapter.
Monday, Feb 16 – Flags on SR 69. 0645 at Classic Cars of PV to load flags into trucks; 0700 at the unpaved lot next to Denny’s in Prescott Valley;
1600 Flags Come Down
Friday, Feb. 20 – Post fundraiser - Arby’s in PV – 4-8.
Feb. 21 – D8 Meeting – Post 90 Black Canyon City – Lunch: Noon; meeting: 1:00 PM
March 3 – Post fundraiser – Culver’s – 5-8
April 23-26 – AZALR Legacy Run. Proceeds benefit the Veterans and Children's Foundation. $50 per riders – incl. patch and shirt. Leave P24 (Tombstone) Friday, 4/24; Friday night dinner at P32 (Safford). Saturday – leave Safford and arrive at P30 (Springerville); dinner at P30. Sunday leave for home. Dinners not included in registration.

Last Friday’s run to Congress went well but the Wild West Saloon was not noteworthy so we don’t need to go there again.

The website is doing well with 981 followers.
Membership: Cindy Arrigoni - currently 33 members are all paid up.

Motion to accept the Officer’s Reports (Finance subject to audit) made by Mike Covell and Ron and unanimously passed.
