B. Minutes of Last Meeting - Emailed – Adjutant – Motion made by Bill Hudson is wave the reading and accept as submitted. Second by Bob Singer and passed unanimously.

C. Latest Finance Report – Emailed - Finance Officer – Motion made by Mike Brown to wave the reading of the Finance Report and accept as submitted subject to Audit. Second by Steve Nellesen passed unanimously.

● Received a Thank you, card, from Past Department Commander Gary Vaughn thanking us for our support while he was Commander.

● Presented a Certificate to Commander Taylor for completing SO Training at the Department of Arizona Convention.

· ALR Report – ALR Director – Voted to donate $102 for Wreaths Across America at PNC. Voted to donate $125 to the Copper State Young Marines to purchase parade equipment.

· Historian – Nelson – Has submitted articles to submarines and Legion magazines.

· Web Master – Keller – absent, excused.

● JROTC LIAISON – Rodriquez – absent, excused.

· 2027 Oratorical – Information is available. District 8 contest will be on 13 Feb 2027 at Post 25. Looking at sending 2 students participating this year.

● 2026 Boys State – All Students that was sent attended all days.

I. District 8 Meeting Report: Trophy went to Post 40. Veteran Creative Art contest on 10-13 Sep at the Yavapai Fair at the Prescott Rodeo grounds

● 2026 Fall Conference: 6-8 Nov, Double Tree Reid Park, Tucson.

● 2027 AZ Convention: 25-28 Jun 2027. San Marcos, Chandler.

K. Unfinished Business.

• Updated Post 108 Bylaws and Appendix. John Moffitt made the motion to approve acceptance of the changes, Second by Mike Brown, Passed.

• Shed Relocation: E-Board email vote to recommend approval to membership. Mike Brown made the motion to approve the contract with the VFW to keep our shed at their location, seconded by Steve Nellesen, passed unanimously.

• Will need assistance with unloading the shed and loading everything back in, date to be determined.

• CPR Hours and ALR Miles, add to logbook or email to adjutant.

L. New Business;

• Wright Crane for shed move, cost $800. Bill Hudson made a motion to approve spending $800 to move the shed from its current location to the Prescott Valley VFW. Second, by John Moffitt, passed.

• Korean Vets 2027 Dues: of the 7 members, only 3 are annual. $34 each/$102 and wave our share. Mike Brown made a motion to reimburse the 2 that have already paid $45 each and process the renewal for the other one at $34, for a total of $124. Second by Bob Singer; passed.

• Copper State Young Marines need new parade equipment. Bob Singer made a motion to approve donating $125. Second, Mike Brown passed unanimously.

• WAA Donation: cost of wreaths this year is $17 each. For each wreath purchased via an authorized fundraising group, National is donating $5 for additional wreaths at PNC. Ron Arrigoni made a motion to purchase 6 wreaths at $17 each for a total of $102, to be donated through ALR chapter 6. Bill Hudson seconded the motion, passed unanimously.

• DNA Vibe red light devices offer was presented to membership. John Moffitt made a motion to request 100 of the devices to be provided to our members. Bob Singer seconded the motion, passed unanimously. Adjutant Arrigoni to submit requests and will advise when they are in.

• New Project ideas/members will head up and/or participate in.

M. Good of the American Legion:

• District 8 picnic tickets are now available. They are $8 each and see Commander Taylor for your tickets
