B. Minutes of Last Meeting - Emailed – Adjutant – Motion made by John Moffitt is waving the reading and accept as submitted. Second by Bill Hudson and passed unanimously.

C. Latest Finance Report – Emailed - Finance Officer – Motion made by Mike Brown to wave the reading of the Finance Report and accept as submitted subject to Audit. Second, Bill Hudson and passed unanimously.

● Post received the new plaque for 100% membership awards. We have Commander’s coin for 2025 and 2026 in recognition of 100% membership.

· Membership – 1st Vice: 2027 goal has not been released. To date we have 31 PUFL members and 18 multi-year members paid for 2027. Using an estimated 2% increase, this puts us at about 41% paid up to date.

· 2027 Oratorical – Information is available. District 8 contest will be on 13 Feb 2027 at Post 25.

• Auxiliary Membership eligibility, changes to allow more men to join. Approved and sent to National

• Ratification of the current Department Constitution, the department have been working from a constitution that has no record of being approved by the membership and signed. Approved.

• Support for Voter ID in Federal Elections. Approved and sent to National.

N. Good of the American Legion:

• Mike Siavelis Recommend that we have an entry in next years Rodeo Parade. Discussion followed and Mike will work with Wayne Nelson to set this up for 2027. Cost to enter parade $100.

• Peggy Schmidt asked for assistance to help with inspecting the flags for Prescott Valley healing fields over the next 2 Tuesdays. This is held at the Fire Department Training Center/Warehouse in PV.

• Greg Flippen asked about getting an article in the local paper to highlight us setting up flags on Hwy 69. He will work on this.
